Funeral services with full military honors will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc, with interment following in St. Luke Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 10 in the funeral home.
