Norma Lee Bateman

Norma Lee Bateman, Marshfield, was born March 21, 1931, to Estes and Audrey (Cress) McClanahan in Rader, Missouri. She departed this life March 21, 2024, in Marshfield Care Center at the age of 93 years.

Norma was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Freewill Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene “Pete” Bateman; two granddaughters, Emily and Callie; two daughters-in-law, Linda Bateman and Rhonda Bateman.

She is survived by her children, Ronnie Bateman and Kim of Springfield, Don Bateman and Sammy of Strafford, Dennis Bateman of Osage Beach, Pam Bateman of Marshfield, David Bateman and Wanda of Rogersville, Lori Andreatta and Bill of Marshfield; twenty grandchildren; thirty-five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and one brother, Bob McClanahan of Conway.

Graveside services will be Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in Mount Olive Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
