Ben Russell

Ben Russell, Marshfield, was born May 12, 1955 in Springfield, MO to John and Mary (Gallion) Russell. He departed this life on November 25, 2018 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield.

Ben enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He treasured time spent with his family. He worked as a buyer for Bass Pro, and was Catholic in faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Randall Russell; and his niece, Shannon Holden.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Sears) Russell; his daughters, Emily Russell, Washington, D.C., Laura Russell, Hawaii, Hannah Perry, Marshfield, and Isabella Russell, Marshfield; his sister, Jeannie Holden, San Antonio, TX; his nieces and nephews, Kristen Mulliner and Jeff, San Antonio, TX, and Dustin Holden and Stephanie, Springfield; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Sue Sears, Niangua; and his brother in law Stephen Sears, Urbana, IL.

A visitation for Ben Russell will be from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2018 in the Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
