Ricky Lynn "Rick" Cantrell
Ricky Lynn “Rick” Cantrell, son of Delbert and Patricia (Myers) Cantrell, passed away Saturday, June 8th, 2024 in his home with his loving family by his side and walked into the arms of Jesus.
Rick was preceded in death by his Dad; his grandparents Olen and Elsie Myers, Jason and Ruby Cantrell; uncles Jimmy Myers, Cecil Snow, Fred Young, Don and Joyce Cantrell, Bobby and Connie Cantrell; cousins Steve Cantrell, Dale Cantrell, Billy Roy Miles, Treva Pratt, Shellie Myers and Andy Myers.
He is survived by his mother Patricia Cantrell; 3 sons Delbert “D.J.” Cantrell, Ricky Cantrell, Jr., Joseph Hardy; his wife, Glenda; grandsons Tray Cantrell, Hunter Cantrell; granddaughters Evelynn Cantrell, Hailie Cantrell, Octavia Cantrell, Kyla Cantrell, Kennedi Cantrell and Makayla Cantrell (Condray); and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Rick was a semi driver for many years. He also worked for Webster County Road Department for a number of years. He worked for Alan Graves for many years as well. Rick was a lover of all things NASCAR and John Wayne, as well as old country and rock music. Rick was a very outdoorsy person. He loved to fish, hunt, go to car shows, etc., and woodworking with his oldest son. With many health issues the Lord called him home.
Rick was saved in the home of Bob Dillion and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Northview, MO.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield. Interment will follow in the Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
