Nancy L. Cornelison

            Nancy Lou Cornelison, daughter of Doc and Ellen (Dill) Ortner, was born January 18, 1945 in  Marshfield, MO. She passed away at 7:00 p.m.  Thursday February 24, 2022 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield at the age of 77.

            Nancy was a homemaker and worked many years at Zenith Television in Springfield. She  was united in marriage to Joe Cornelison on August 31, 1963.

            She was preceded in death by her parents; her  husband Joe in 2012; one daughter, Becky Jo Cornelison; one brother ; and many sisters.

            Survivors include one son and his wife, J.D. and Alesia Cornelison, Marshfield; one daughter and her husband, Tina and Scott Kays, Seymour; four grandchildren, Kyle Kays, Marshfield, Dakota Lynch and her husband Justin, Republic, Joe Don Cornelison,    Marshfield and Jenna Kays, Seymour; five great-grandchildren, Emily Eoff, Denver Kays, Jaxten Cornelison, Greyson Lynch and Jayden Lynch; two sisters, Carol and Jim Roffers, Niangua and Bonnie  Applegate, Oklahoma; one brother, Mac and Melvina Ortner, Ozark; one sister-in-law, Sue Duvall, Springfield; one brother-in-law, Bob Cornelison, Springfield; a special niece, Jill Kimball, Seymour; and many other relatives and friends whom she loved dearly.

  Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield. Interment will follow in Seymour Masonic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
