Dolores Verbarene Chilcutt

Dolores Verbarene (Cooley) Chilcutt, Mt. Vernon, MO was born November 11, 1950 in Marshfield, MO to Vernon and Geneva (Hurt) Cooley. She departed this life on Monday, April 30, 2018 in her home. At the time of her passing, she was 67 years of age.

Verbarene was united in marriage to Lloyd Chilcutt on January 24, 1969. She was a homemaker, and loved studying her family genealogy. She was an avid reader, enjoying books from Harlequin to Harry Potter. She loved to quilt and crochet.  Verbarene was saved at Peace Chapel church at an early age, and currently she was a member of Chesapeake Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Chilcutt, of the home; two sons, Scott Chilcutt (Star), Mt. Vernon, MO, and Brian Chilcutt, Mt. Vernon, MO; her grandchildren, Bella Grace Chilcutt and Jude Alexander Chilcutt, Mt. Vernon, MO; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Funeral services for Verbarene Chilcutt will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., with burial following in Mission Home Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2018 in the funeral home.
