Melody Jeanne Golden

Melody Jeanne (Sterling) Golden, Strafford, was born on October 24, 1949, in Altadena, CA. She departed this life on July 31, 2024, in her home at the age of 74.

Melody was preceded in death by her parents, Lauren LeRoy and Teresa Helen (Chauvin) Sterling; and her brother, Michael Sterling.

She is survived by her husband, James Golden, of the home; one son, Josh Golden and wife Beth, Vacelia, CA; three daughters, Kimberly Henson and husband Josh, Strafford, Michelle Crawford and husband Joe, Willard, and Jennifer Asare and husband Richard, Jefferson City; twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

Cremation is entrusted to the care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.
