J.D. Little

James Deryl “J.D.” Little, Marshfield, MO, was born August 12, 1929 in Springfield, MO to Andrew and Gladys (Parscale) Little. He departed this life on Monday, April 23, 2018 in Webco Manor, Marshfield, at the age of 88.

J.D. was a Methodist minister, and a member of the Marshfield United Methodist Church. Before entering the ministry, he was a school teacher.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his first wife, Leona; his late wife Vi; his siblings Mary, Howard, Perry, Glenn, Wayne, and Robert.

He is survived by three sons and their wives, Paul and Linda Little, Columbia, MO, Stephen and Lynn Little, Warrensburg, MO, and Mark and Debra Little, Savannah, GA; his daughter and her husband, Deborah and Mark Cornish, Storm Lake, IA; his stepson and his wife, Scott and Chris Davis, Marshfield, MO; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; his siblings, Jack Little, Lockhart, TX, Don Little, Avilla, MO, Leona Mae Wiley, Marshfield, MO, Grace McCormick, Steeleville, MO,  Ann Wheeler, Marshfield, MO, and Jean Young, Marshfield, MO.

Funeral services for J.D. Little will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2018 in the Marshfield United Methodist Church, with interment following in Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
