Jessie Lane Graves

Jessie Lane Graves, son of Jess and Lola (Lane) Graves, was born March 24, 1938 in Marshfield, MO. He passed away at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in the Cox Medical Center South, Springfield at the age of 79.

Jessie was the owner and operator of Graves and Graves Digging Service. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, June; one brother, Alfred; two sisters, Mildred Rust and Hester Farr Beasley.

Survivors include one son, Alan Graves and his wife Linda, Marshfield; one daughter, Debbie Palmer and her husband Chris, Marshfield; four grandchildren, Tara Butts and Russell, Katie Weddle and Alex, Tiffany Graves and Jeremy Koster and Michael Graves; six great-grandchildren,  Eli, Kynnady, Emma, Maddox, Lane and Aydian; and his dog, Cookie.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017 in the Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield. Interment will follow in the Marshfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7:00 -8:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
