Brenda Jo Jones

Brenda Jo Jones, 75 of Marshfield, was born August 19, 1949, to Joe and Frances Dodge, in Hannibal, MO. She departed this life on January 8, 2025, in her home.

Brenda was retired from the insurance business and was a volunteer with Choices Pregnancy Center. She was an active member of Marshfield United Methodist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir as well as serving on various committees. She enjoyed Pilates with her friends, and also loved camping with family and friends at Stockton Lake.

Brenda was united in marriage to her husband Paul on June 3, 1972. Brenda is survived by her husband Paul, three sons, Chris (Christie), Corey, and Kyle (Sonja); eight grandchildren, Christian (Taya), Ashly, Caleb, Tucker, Mason, Izzy, Evie, and Alonzo; four great grandchildren, Mila, Rorie, Carter, and Logan. She is also survived by her sister, Sharon (Lonnie), two brothers, Brad (Joy), and Alan, as well as numerous extended family members.

Brenda was kind to everyone, had a heart of gold, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., in Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield, Missouri.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., in Lick Creek Cemetery near Perry, Missouri, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Choices Pregnancy Center or Marshfield United Methodist Church and may be left in the care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, Missouri.
