Linda Lou Silkey

Linda (Shelburn) Silkey, daughter of the late Kenneth and Zola Shelburn was born November 17, 1951 and departed this life on March 6, 2018 at Colonial Springs Health Care in Buffalo, MO. At the time of her passing she was 66 years of age.

She was united in marriage to Jimmie Silkey, and to this union two children were born. Linda worked at McDonald’s in Marshfield, MO for 26 years, until her health would no longer allow her to work. She enjoyed yard sales, shopping, spending time with her daughter Rebecca, and having their girls’ day out. She was a member of Elkland Independent Methodist Church in Elkland, MO and loved to serve her Lord and Savior.

Linda was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Silkey, and her son-in-law, Adam Cline.

She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Cline; and four grandchildren, Chanelle, Braya, Chanz, and Josiah Silkey. She also leaves other family members and many friends who will all truly miss her.

Graveside services for Linda Silkey will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018 in Palmetto Cemetery, Rogersville, MO.
