Shirley "Sammy" Livingston
Shirley Jean “Sammy” Livingston, 84, Independence, MO, was born June 16, 1937 in Pryor, OK to Henry and Grace Munson. Shirley departed this life on September 6, 2021 in Redwood of Independence.
Sammy had worked at Luziers Cosmetics as an order filler, and had later worked concessions for the Kansas City Royals. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. Sammy was a member of the Moose Lodge, Independence.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Sherri Lynn Livingston.
Sammy is survived by her children, Terri McGill and her husband, Gary, Warsaw; one grandchild; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at a later date under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
