Lola Mae McNutt

            Lola Mae McNutt, Marshfield, was born  September 24, 1935 in Hartville, MO to Calvin Bledsoe and Jessie (Bertlow) Cantrell. She departed this life on March 11, 2022 in her daughter’s home with all her family surrounding her, at the age of 86.

            Lola enjoyed gardening and flowers. She loved watching birds, playing piano, guitar, and accordian. Lola loved Jesus. She lived for her children and family, and loved her dog, Sophie.

Lola had worked in dietary at Webco Manor for many years. She was a member of Northview First Baptist Church.

            She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Diana Lynn Rupe; her sisters, Luanne Welker, Gwen Lindsey, and Nadine Doshire; and her brother, James (Bub) Cantrell.

            Lola is survived by three sons, Robert Rupe, Jr. and wife, Maureen, Cocoa Beach, FL, James Rupe and wife, Marie, Marshfield, Gyles Wynn and fiancée, Merrilee, Springfield; three daughters, Roberta Vasquez, and husband, Ralph, Marshfield, Barbara Tippit and husband, Tim, Licking, and Stacy Holland, Springfield; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

            Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 17, 2022 in Welch Cemetery, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time Thursday in the funeral home.
