Marcella Lenora (Allen) Whittaker

Marcella Lenor (Allen) Whittaker was born February 17, 1933 in Grovespring, MO, to Lucien and Alta (Weaver) Allen, and passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017, in the Hartville Care Center at the age of 84.

She had previously worked as a CNA at Webco Manor in Marshfield, and was a member of Prospect Baptist Church in Niangua.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Barney; four sisters, Delores Shaddy, Dolyn Calame, Margie Westmorland, Melba Ivie, and her brother-in-law, Howard Alexander.

Marcella is survived by her two daughters, Connie Miller and David, Grovespring, MO, and Donna Scott and Lynn, Niangua, MO; her brother- in-law, Wayne Ivie, Marshfield, MO; her sister Marlyn Alexander, Conway, MO; a special niece, Minga Marlin, Conway, MO; five grandchildren, Roy Miller and Jessica, Grovespring, MO; Beth Turley and Carl, Mountain Grove, MO; Dustin Miller, Grovespring, MO; Brandon Miller and Amber, Grovespring, MO; Jared Scott and Mary, Niangua, MO; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield. Visitation will be held before the funeral service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
