Joyce Ann Shelton

Joyce Ann (Jennings) Shelton, Marshfield, was born June 27, 1946, to Fred and Berchie (Blanton) Jennings in Swedeborg, Missouri. She passed away June 9, 2025, in her sister’s home in DeLeon, Texas, at the age of 78 years.

She was a school bus driver for Marshfield R-1 Schools for over forty years. She was a member of Wildwood Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ernie Shelton; her brother, Freddie Jennings; her nephews, Ronnie and Larry; and her brother-in-law, Ray Cogburn.

She is survived by her sons, Jammie Shelton and Dee of Elkland, Steven Shelton and Kim of Conway; her sister, Karen Cogburn of DeLeon, Texas; her grandchildren, Colter Shelton, Pike Shelton, Lakyn Vavruska, and Blake Shelton.

Graveside services will be Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., in Marshfield Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.
