Roxane Laura (Nicholson) Shreck, born March 23, 1960, to J. Marion and Eva (Marker) Nicholson. She departed this life May 17, 2022, at Cox South in Springfield.

She grew up in Iowa. In the fall of 1981, she married John Neer and moved to Missouri. To this union two daughters were born, Ashley and Jennifer. October 2, 2009, she married the love of her life, Bill Shreck. They spent 17 years together riding their Harley Davidson and vacationing together.

If you knew Roxane, you loved her and knew that she loved you. She loved having a good time with her family and friends. Her two grandsons were a great joy to her, she would tell you about Lucas and Jase and laugh about what they got into.

She was preceded in death by her father, J. Marion Nicholson.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Shreck of Marshfield; two daughters, Ashley Neer, and her fiancé Randy Nelson of Billings, MO, Jennifer Neer and her partner Joey Phelps of Bois D’Arc, MO; her mother, Eva Nicholson of Woodburn, IA; one brother, Wes Nicholson and partner Ryan of Burlington, IA; three grandchildren, Lucas, Jase and Ean; and whole host of very good friends.

She will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 22, 2022, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in Norwood Cemetery located in Lucas, Iowa.  

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Temple Baptist Vacation Bible School and left in the care of Fraker Funeral Home, P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, MO 65706.
