Dorthy S. Weaver

Dorthy Sue Weaver, Marshfield, was born January 30, 1940 in Hartville, MO to William and Dessie (Hurt) Kelley. She departed this life on November 11, 2022 in Marshfield Care Center at the age of 82.

Dorthy had worked as a machine operator at H.D. Lee. She was a member of Bethel Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dwight Weaver; her son, Loren Weaver; two brothers, George Kelley and Joe Kelley; daughter-in-law, Lisa Weaver; three sisters, Fern Shaver, Ida Buck, and Imogene Lowery; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Cantrell.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Thompson, Marshfield; her son, Kevin Weaver, Marshfield; nine grandchildren, Eric Moore (Eladia), Canaan Thompson, Amanda Howard (Matt), Ann Sonis (Mavrick), Micheal Weaver, Daniel Weaver (Aundrea), Jennifer Jones (Dwayne), Paul Porter (Becky), Jeremy Porter (Nichol); 29 great-grandchildren; her brother, Don Kelley, Hartville; two sisters, Betty Browitt, Hartville, and Avis Carriger, Hartville; special friends, Ricky and Brea Rivera, and Bruce and Delana Freedle.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., with interment following in Little Vine Cemetery. Visitation will be before services from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday.
