Charles Ervin Henderson, of Marshfield, MO, was born March 3, 1956 in Sterling, IL to Louie and Ruby (Petty) Henderson. He departed this life on Tuesday,     February 27, 2018 in his home at the age of 61.

             Charles attended church regularly and was a     member of First Pentecostal Church, Conway, MO. He was employed as a custodial worker at B & D Truck Stop in Lebanon, MO. He worked at the truck stop for thirty years. Everyone knew him, even after years of not working there people would still ask about him. Charles loved his job.

Charles was a family man. He loved spending time with everyone. He loved visits from his daughter, Pam, son-in-law Daniel, and the light of his life, his grandson        Sebastian. Charles and  his daughter Kami enjoyed long phone conversations every day. She always made sure he was okay. Charles loved watching westerns, including  Gunsmoke, Wagon Train, and Bonanza. He also loved WWE, his favorite was pay-per-view events. He went to     I-44 Speedway races nearly every Saturday before his health started to fail.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by two daughters, Pam Malere and Daniel, Kansas City, MO, and Kami Henderson, Marshall, MO; one grandchild, Sebastian; three brothers, Louie “Gene” Henderson, Marshfield, MO, John Henderson,     Savannah, IL, and Tom Henderson, Norfork, VA; six      sisters, Joyce Mallory, Marshfield, MO, Mary Kelsey, Marshfield, MO, Ruby Faye Ruffin, Springfield, MO, Ella Fouser, Marshfield, MO, Donna Wilkie, Manchester, TN, and Jackie Clark, Elmer, MO; and his former wife, Joy Flowers-Henderson.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2018 in the Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield. Interment will follow in the Mt. Rose Cemetery, Lebanon. Visitation will be from 4-6:00 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
