Delphia Marie Powell

Delphia Marie Powell, daughter of Jack Griffin and Nancy (Lee) Griffin, was born April 26, 1924 in Fillmore, CA. She passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the age of 93.

Delphia worked for 19 years at Welch Manufacturing in Marshfield and attended the Marshfield Church of Nazarene.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Francis; three sisters; two brothers; and a granddaughter.

Survivors include two daughters, Ethel Stokes, Springfield and Mary Sharp, Springfield; one son and his wife, Jack and Susie Powell, Marshfield; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Edna Hanaford, Gainesville; one brother, Ray Griffin, Independence; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in the Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield. Interment will follow in the Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until service time Tuesday in the funeral home.
