Donald Eugene Young

Donald Eugene Young, Nixa, was born April 20, 1941, to Calvin and Maxine (Welch) Young. He departed this life March 27, 2022, in his home at the age of 80.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was of the Baptist Faith. His favorite memories were the wonderful family vacations and time spent together.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his daughter, Leslie Taylor.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Young, who was united in marriage September 10, 1970; his children, Rocky Edmondson (Mel) of Arrington, TN, Donald L. Young (Georgeanna) of Ottawa, KS, Ronald D. Young of Nixa, MO; his son-in-law, William Taylor of South Carolina; his siblings, Garrett Young of Marshfield, Roger Young of Marshfield, Connie Hackney (Chuck) of Elkland, Beverly Young of Arizona, Judy Greer of Springfield; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Cremation is entrusted to the care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
