Jerry Ann Jackson

Jerry Ann Jackson, Marshfield, was born February 27, 1943, to Haskell and Iva Estelle (Tidwell) Mills, in Henryetta, OK. She departed this life April 6, 2023, in Marshfield Care Center surrounded by her family.

She spent her life taking care of her family and friends and especially enjoyed her time as a pre-school teacher at Temple Baptist Church where she was a long time member. She was also a long time employee at Webco Manor.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, F.D. “Smokey” Jackson; her two sisters, Melba Wood, and Virginia Nichols.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl Richards and Don, Springfield, Chuck Light and Dawn, Lee’s Summit, Barbara Light, Springfield, Dale Jackson and Jenifer, Colorado Springs, CO, Doug Jackson and Tanya, Afton, OK, Tim Jackson and Amy, Marshfield; one sister, Joann Moore and her husband H.B., Pea Ridge, AR;  14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday, April 14, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Pavilion in Marshfield Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
