Carol E. Kropf

Carol Elizabeth Kropf, Halfway, MO, was born in Sheffield, IL on October 13, 1944 to Levi and Freida (Hostetler) Kropf. She departed this life on May 14, 2023 in her home at the age of 78.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Eda Kropf and Sarah Miller; one brother, Jacob Kropf; and two great-grandchildren, Javin Kropf and Skyler Blosser.

Carol is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ervil Kropf, of the home; her children and their spouses, Betty and Sanford Headings, Gary and Sharon Kropf, Michael and Karen Kropf, Arnold and Marjorie Kropf, Charity and Delbert Blosser, Clarissa and Richard Kropf, Eunice and Mervin Blosser; six sisters, Rhoda Eigsti, Mary Miller and husband Mervin, Martha Hostetler and husband Elmer, Jr., Joy Hostetler and husband Dale, Eunice Garretson and husband Duane, Eva Hostetler and husband Lynford; three brothers, Loyal Kropf and wife Marilyn, Wilber Kropf and wife Irene, and Samuel Kropf and wife Janet; 55 grandchildren; and 59 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the Pleasant View Amish Mennonite Church in Buffalo, MO. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc, Marshfield.
