Larry James Seery
Larry James Seery, Marshfield, was born December 8, 1938 in Des Moines, IA, to James and Violet (Epps) Seery. He departed this life on March 7, 2019 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield, at the age of 80.
Larry was a real estate investor, painting contractor and private pilot. He served in the United States Air Force, and was stationed at Chanute AFB, Illionis, Minot AFB in North Dakota, Misawa AFB in Honshu Island of Japan. During that time, he served as their weatherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Nora for 56 years, of the home; sons, Mark Seery and wife Lisha, Fair Grove, Jim Seery and wife Traci, Tampa, FL; daughters, Cheryl Martin and husband Lonnie, Greensboro, NC, Pamela Seery, Nixa, Kathy Edgeman and husband Bryant, Marshfield; brother, Ronald Seery his wife Barbara; sister, Shonna A. Mitchel and late husband Jack, San Diego, CA; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be in the Marshfield Cemetery at a later date, and will be announced by Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
