Loretta Mae French

LORETTA MAE FRENCH, daughter of Marion and Frances (Casteel) Peak was born on April 4, 1952 and passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 71.

Loretta was united in marriage to Bruce French who passed away on February 20, 2008.  She was also preceded in death by her father; her sister: Nancy Davenport; and her grand daughter: Rylee Campbell.

She worked tirelessly raising her five children and taking care of their home.  In her free time, Loretta found comfort in reading books, working crafts and puzzles.

Loretta is survived by her children: Lisa Vos (Pieter), Yvonne Baugher and Sharon Tyson (Carl Campbell), all of Marshfield; her mother: Frances Beasley, of Fair Grove; her sister: Zetta McIntire, of Tulsa, OK; two brothers: Robert and Lawrence Beasley, both of Fair Grove; eight grandchildren: Bryce, Daylon (Victoria), Taylor (Josh), Brittney, Christian (Brittney), Kori, Jeffrey and Isaac (Angel); five great-grandchildren: Brooklyn, Nora, Abigail, December, Elijah (and one on the way); special friend: Roy Denny, of Springfield; her beloved dog: Toby, of the home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Loretta’s wishes to be cremated were entrusted to Fraker Funeral Home, 1131 State Hwy A, Marshfield, Missouri 65706.
