Kurt "Mikal" Luebbert, II

Kurt “Mikal” Luebbert II, 33, Marshfield, was born January 31, 1989 in Springfield, MO to Kurt and Tina (Young) Luebbert. He departed this life November 23, 2022.

Mikal went to school in Marshfield, then worked in the construction and plumbing field. Mikal loved being outdoors and was the ultimate “Free Spirit.” His favorite things in life were hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting, hanging at the creek finding rocks and junkin’. Mikal was a gifted soul. He was a talented artist, was very mechanical and like his father, retained everything he ever read.

Mikal was the exception for being a giving soul. Almost to a fault. He would always give his time or what he had to help others and do without himself. He was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, where he was baptized in 2010.

He was preceded in death by both his parents in 2007. His grandfathers Lloyd P. Young, Tom Luebbert and Paul D. Rittershouse. Great-grandmother Mary Rasmussen and both uncles Mark Luebbert, Raymond Nickels.

He is survived by grandparents Charline and Harold Adams and M. Jane Robertson; all of Marshfield. His aunts Sheila Nickels, Marshfield, Paula and Jeff Withers, Hartville, Krista and Rick Harless, TX, Kelly and Leon Cruywagen, AZ, and Eric and Debra Luebbert, Marshfield. Many cousins, relatives and close friends who he considered family. Life partner Christina Sudduth, Springfield, and lifelong partner in crime, Randy Hall, Phillipsburg.

Memorial services will be held Friday, December 9, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., with visitation from 6-7 p.m. at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
