Martha Grace Marlin

Martha Grace Marlin, Marshfield, was born May 19, 1933 in Springfield, MO to Herschel and Thersa (Caffey) Bledsoe. She departed this life on October 24, 2022 in Aurora Nursing Center, Aurora, MO, at the age of 89.

Martha had been the Webster County Circuit Court Clerk. She was a piano teacher and had been a teacher’s aide at Conway Schools.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Marlin; her parents; her son, Keith Marlin; her grandson, Joshua Marlin; her brother, Leon Bledsoe; and her sister, Fern Coppock.

Martha is survived by her son, Kevin Marlin and wife, Betty; her daughter-in-law, Elmeree Marlin; her brother Herschel “Jim” Bledsoe and wife, Janice; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Breast     Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks or St. Jude’s.

Funeral services for Martha Marlin will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 28, 2022 at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., with interment following in Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, October 27, in the funeral home.
