Mildred Bonnell Sees

Mildred Bonnell Sees, daughter of Elston and Orean (Slack) Hubbard was born September 27, 1927 in Webster County Missouri. She passed away on February 8, 2018 in the home of her son and daughter in law John and Tammy Sees, to whom she has resided with for the past seven years, At the time of her death, Mildred was 90 years, 4 months, and 8 days old.

At the age of 18, she was baptized to Christ in the James River near Diggins, MO.

On July 21, 1950 she was united in marriage to Alan (Buddy) Sees, to this union six children were born.

Mildred was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She also worked very hard beside Buddy as they tended to the many chores on their Webster County farm. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren dearly. And if you ever told her, “I love you” she would reply “I love you the most-est.” Because she did love everyone the same and she loved with all her heart.

Mildred and Buddy’s passion was fishing…and when time allowed they spent many a day pursuing that hobby. She was also very talented at embroidery and crocheting delicate doilies, which she would lovingly give to family and friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alan Sees; one son, Clifford Sees; one grandson Michael Kastning; one sister, Maggie Reed; and one brother Melvin Hubbard.

Survivors include four sons, John Sees and his wife Tammy, Kenneth Sees, Carl Sees and his wife Theresa, all from Marshfield, MO, Glenn Sees and his wife Wanda from Walnut Grove, MO, and one daughter, Marsha Kastning from Seymour, MO.

Others include seven brothers and three sisters as well as sixteen grandchildren, thirty five great grandchildren, and a host of other friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018, in Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield, with interment following in Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2018, in the funeral home.
