James Christopher Parsons

James Christopher Parsons, Springfield, was born December 23, 1962, to Kenneth and Erma Parsons in Marshfield, MO. He departed this life December 6, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO at the age of 59.

James served his country in the United States Navy. He absolutely loved to make people laugh and would always do the best he could to help anyone. He also loved Harley Davidson’s.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Michael Parsons, and Patrick Parsons; his grandson, Liam Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Ann (Hockman) Parsons; five children, Jessica Moore and Justin of Republic, Rebecca Parsons of Springfield, Michaela Parsons of Springfield, Samantha Davis and James of Springfield, Caine Parsons of Springfield; eight grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, Judy Mahoney of Kansas City, Cathy of Tennessee, Edith Herman of Marshfield, Steven Parsons of Iowa, David Parsons of Tennessee, Rachel Parsons of Kansas City and Joseph Parsons of Virginia.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., with visitation to follow.
