Norris Robert Richard

Norris Robert Richard, formerly of Marshfield, was born January 9, 1950, to Norris and Beatrice (Allshouse) Richard in Altadena, California. He departed this life in his home in Springfield, Missouri on September 18, 2024, at the age of 74 years.

Norris was a truck driver for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, LaDean Richard; his brothers, Curtis Guy, Vernon Guy; and his sister Ethel Hawk.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Welch of the home; his brother, Jay Richard and Josie of Marshfield; his sister, Noreen Bell of Kinder, Louisiana; nine children, Carla Richard, Florida, Charlotte Richard, Arkansas, Rhianon Williams, Arkansas, Matthew Richard, California, Cristina Richard, California, Jennifer Bonem and Jory of Utah, Ashley Richard, Utah; two step-children, Angela Welch and Tony Machado, Nevada, Jennifer Welch, Springfield; twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., with visitation to follow services.
