Joan Rister

Joan Rister, Eldridge, was born December 5, 1931, to Parley Nuell and Velma (McGary) Payne in McGill Nevada. She departed this life on March 27, 2023 in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach.

Joan was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lebanon.

She is preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; and one grandson.

She is survived by her husband, Fred, of the home; her two sons; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, April 1, 2022, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Marshfield. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Marshfield. Visitation will be in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., 1131 State Hwy. A, Marshfield, from 6-7 p.m. Friday, March 31.
