Neil Oscar Rosene

Neil Oscar Rosene, Springfield, was born June 15, 1937, to Clarence and Ida (Newman) Rosene in Sterling, Illinois. He departed this life June 22, 2023, at the age of 86 years.

Neil served in the National Guard and was also a farmer.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clyde; two sisters, Alice Underwood and Ethel Rosene.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Rosene; children, Gregory Rosene of Bettendorf, IA, Kevin Rosene of Swiftwater, PA, Leslie Johnson and Bill of Colgate, WI, Neal Adamson and Tess of Springfield, MO; seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Keith and Sherry Steward of Marshfield, MO; sister-in-law, Miriam Rosene of Princeton, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Princeton High School Athletic Department in Princeton, IL, and may be left in the care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, MO 65706.
