Thomas Lee Karr

Thomas Lee Karr, Conway, was born March 5, 1953 to Alex and Faye Karr. He departed this life on January 11, 2022 in his home at the age of 68.

Thomas loved being a volunteer and caregiver. He showed up for every baseball game and recital for his children and grandchildren; he was always there for them and had a deep love for his family.

Tom was a proud member of the Local 245 teamsters and worked for Roadway for just shy of 34 years

Tom had served as school board president at Conway Schools, and as president of the Conway Senior Center. He was a member of Phillipsburg Christian Church. His family will miss his big heart, his talks and his laughter.  Sabrina said that he made her his princess. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Sabrina (Hicks) Karr, of the home; four children, Jason Wendlandt (Ashley), Buffalo, Jeremy Wendlandt, Buffalo, Christopher Coffman (Jana) Carl Junction, and Mariah Martin (Aaron), Lebanon; his brother, Gene Karr (Sandra), Lee’s Summit, and eight grandchildren, Brock, Jaley, Kaylie, Catalina, Max, Mateo, Ashton, and Maliyah.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 17, 2022 at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation will be Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 10 to noon at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Conway Senior Center, and left in care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, MO 65706.
