Amy Towns
Amy Kathleen Towns, Springfield, was born August 26, 1969 in Broken Arrow, OK to George and Lillian (Platonas) Stevens. She passed away on September 26, 2021 in her home at the age of 52.
Amy enjoyed puzzles and reading. She loved her pets, farming, and Chevy Camaros. Amy drove trucks for several years, and liked driving motorcycles. Amy worked at McCormick for several years as a forklift operator.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Mary Coble.
Amy is survived by her children, Blaine Towns, Marshfield, Aidan Snell, Springfield, Julie Murphy, St. James, and Alexis Stephens, Springfield; sisters, Joyce Hester, and Denise Shapiro, AR; brother-in-law, Tom Coble; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Marshfield Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Friends may stop by the funeral home at their convenience after noon on Monday.
