Jerry Lee Yarbrough

Jerry Lee Yarbrough, Marshfield, was born May 27, 1939 in Northview, MO to Gaylord and Helen (Bumgarner) Yarbrough. He departed this life on January 21, 2022 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield, at the age of 82.

Jerry had worked in construction, and at a prison. He enjoyed college basketball, and being outdoors, working with his cattle, or on his tractor and lawn mower.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Maggie Wingo and her husband, Ney; a brother, Dan Yarbrough and his wife, Louise; and his grandson, J.J. Medlock.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Bonnie Sue (Rader) Yarbrough; his children, Greg Yarbrough and wife, Reenea, Elkland; Gayla Hyder and husband, Richard, Springfield; Steve Yarbrough, Marshfield; Scott and Rhonda Yarbrough, Marshfield; Glenda Scobe, Liberty; Jeff Yarbrough, Montrose, VA; Chris Yarbrough and wife, Sheri, Raleigh, NC; Stacy Alaniz and husband, Eric, Largo, FL; 34 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., with visitation before services from 10-11. Interment will follow in Eureka Cemetery.
