William "Bill" Young

William Terrell Young, Marshfield, was born on March 4, 1947, in Wright County, MO, to Leonard and Edith (Carpenter) Young. He departed this life on January 11, 2025, in his home at the age of 77.

William had worked for Lumen Telephone Company in Wichita, KS. He had served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict.

He loved woodworking, mechanics, and nature watching.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sallie (Scheppers) Young, of the home; and many other family and friends.
