Lonnie Ross Cantrell

Lonnie Ross Cantrell was born November 12, 1950, in Niangua, MO to Virgil and Earldean (Taylor) Cantrell. He passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield.

Lonnie was a farmer. He loved working on cars, and anything else with a motor he could fix. Spending time with his family and grandkids meant the world to him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Robert Cantrell.

Lonnie is survived by his wife, Mamie; two sons, Micheal Cantrell and his wife, Jessica, Conway, MO, and Samuel Cantrell and his wife, Jessica, Niangua, MO; his daughter, Tori Williams and J.D. Elliott, Niangua, MO; thirteen grandchildren; three brothers, Donnie Cantrell, Niangua, MO, Danny Cantrell and his wife, Lisa, Conway, MO, and Johnnie Cantrell, Niangua, MO; two sisters, Carol Reynolds and D.C., Tulsa, OK, and Reva Neasby and Calvin, Lebanon, MO; and his stepmother, Sarah Mae Cantrell, Pierce City, MO.

Graveside services for Lonnie Cantrell will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 1, 2018 at High Prairie Cemetery, Marshfield, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation will be from noon -1:30 Thursday in the funeral home.
